LikedVery cool hotel in an unexpected location. The building and room designs were fun, and the staff made us feel celebrated with towel swans for our honeymoon. The complimentary breakfast and rooftop pool were nice touches
DislikedReception is on the first (second for Americans) floor, so the porters offering help with your bags at the door felt a bit sketchy

LikedAmazing modern, comfortable, design for a hotel with very cool Chinese Malaysian accents. Great swimming pool with interesting view and nice gym. Excellent interesting a la carte breakfast choices.
DislikedWifi password should be written down somewhere, not merely stated to guests orally when they check-in so that they forget by the time they arrive to their room.

LikedBeautiful and spacious room, good bed, good shower. Excellent location in the middle of KL's Chinatown. The Hotel is situated in a beautifully restored Art Deco building of the 1930's with a nice rooftop with swimming pool and reading library.
DislikedI found the breakfast not really up to the standard I had expected. The coffee was a bit bland and food not particularly tasty. The restaurant space is very beautiful though.
