LikedThe ambience is very nice, you feels like home when you pass thru lounge 1st fl on the way to rooms elevator. The room is clean and comfortable. You always get brownies in the afternoon. The staffs are always friendly. Always love to come back to this hotel. This is my 6th time staying in this hotel
DislikedThe breakfast is so so In this time check in, the staff (i forgot her name; jen/joan/jane) is not as friendly as other staffs

LikedThe location of the Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur is absolutely perfect , right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to access shopping, dining, and attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, offering a luxurious stay. The staff were attentive, professional, and friendly, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Overall, an excellent experience that I would highly recommend!
DislikedI stayed at the hotel during my birthday,I was a little surprised that there was no acknowledgment or small gesture from the staff to mark the occasion. It would have made the experience even more special. Overall, I appreciate the service, but this is a suggestion for improvement

LikedGood location close to Pavillion shopping mall in Bukit Bintang. Clean, well appointed suite with all expected amenities. Very helpful and professional staff at all levels. Reasonable rates.
DislikedBoth club lounge and general breakfast restaurant busy, very casual and not relaxing. Lots of people with privileges, including many families with small children. Atmosphere of a hospital cafeteria at lunch time. Dress code of any kind not clearly defined or enforced.
