LikedGorgeous hotel in an excellent location near old town. Staff went above and beyond throughout our stay, even surprising us with little delights in our room each day. The complementary pilates and yoga classes in the garden were a bonus. The concierge was very helpful when planning excursions and dinners. Would definitely stay here again!
LikedThe friendliness of the staff was exceptional, I had a nice chat with them, they helped me with everything :) They even surprised me with a birthday treat, which absolutely made my day! Thank you so much! Also the spa was really nice: a pool with nice temperature water, steam room, salt room - I had a really good time there. I can also recommend the hair saloon, without appointment they did a blowdry in excellent quality. If ever going to Malta again, I'll definitely stay at the Phoenicia.

Likedroom was beautiful ,beds were so comfortable .we received complementary a bottle of bubbly and 10 euro voucher to used at the Spa and some sweet treats such a lovely touch . we didn't have breakfast as we normally do not at home but did have food at the pool bar which was of a high standard. The staff were all so helpful and service was exceptional . I did avail of the spa I had a massage which was divine. I most certainly will run to this hotel whenever I return to Valetta

LikedBeautiful gardens, incredible pool, and fantastic lobby! Literally one of the most unique and beautiful pools I’ve ever had the pleasure of swimming in. Staff did an excellent job of going above and beyond to take care of everyone too. Not just our group - it was nice to hear them caring for the other guests as well.

LikedThe Phoenicia Hotel is exceptional! The location is fantastic-just walk out the door and all the sights of Valletta are right there. The staff is amazing-the concierge was particularly helpful in making arrangements and helping us during our visit. The grounds of the hotel are very expansive and beautiful overlooking the fortifications and surroundings. The main lounge area is very nicely appointed and a comfortable place for drinks and snacks.
