LikedI loved this hotel. Extremely elegant, and beautiful design. And service was on point!
DislikedMy only complaint about the hotel was the restaurant. I felt that the pastries that are offered in the morning could be of better quality. They weren’t from the best bakery - and there are AMAZING bakeries in Mexico. Everything else on the menu was very good, but it wasn’t stellar.

DislikedThere was only one morning when the breakfast came out after ordering nearly an hour late. But otherwise the food service was excellent.

Liked1. The staff are pretty nice 2. The room is spacious and gorgeous.
Disliked1. There are construction noises in the morning starting at 7 o'clock on 24 Dec and 27 Dec. 2. The breakfast is too slow. It takes one hour to cook and prepare everything.
