LikedThe atmosphere of the entire resort was amazing! We wanted a quiet peaceful stay and this met and exceeded that expectation. We spent a lot of time on the beach enjoying the sun and crystal clear turquoise water of the Caribbean. The entire beach staff was wonderful - very attentive without ever being disruptive. The villa staff and servers were very friendly and super helpful. We loved Oscar who greeted us and showed us around on our first day and our breakfast server Manuel. Both went the extra mile. The conceriege staff always greeted us with a smile and were extremely helpful with any requests. The villa was fabulous as well - we loved the outdoor shower! The breakfast was extremely good and our favorite meal of the day. The food overall was excellent!

LikedFirst stay at Chablé Maroma and we were beyond satisfied with our stay. The staff was amazing; everyone was so nice and created such a welcoming environment. Great spot if you’re looking to relax, everything you need is there including an amazing spa. Villas are nicely spread out so you don’t hear or see many of the other guest. We’ll be returning in the future.

Likedthe location is very unique for people seeking a quiet and relaxing place in the nature. The beach is great and not crowded at all. The rooms are fantastic, very clean and kept well, The food is excellent.

DislikedThe spa therapists could be better for hotel playing in this league price wise. The facilities are nice, privacy in some of the stand alone rooms could be better.

LikedThey checked us in early and provided an upgraded room. The staff were attentive and efficient. The facilities were excellent. The gardens were spectacular and the breakfast selection and quality was impressive.

DislikedEverything was perfect except for the prices of the food and drink especially for the AU dollar.

LikedPaz y tranquilidad en estado puro. Mejor playa de toda la costa desde Cancún hasta Tulum. Recogen el sargazo todos los días con una maquina-tractor. Comida muy buena (no es barato el restaurante). Camas y almohadas. En mi caso pagué 810€ la noche (desayuno incluido) y tras revisar y visitar varios hoteles de la zona, la relación calidad precio en este caso es insuperable. Hay otros hoteles por la costa con precios similares o mayores que son mucho peores.

DislikedSi hace malo o estás varios días puedes que te acabes aburriendo. Es un sitio para descansar y estar tranquilo.

LikedPrachtig ruim opgezet resort. Geweldig personeel, alles klopt. De ontvangst is helemaal perfect waardoor je je meteen helemaal welkom voelt. We hebben genoten van de 2 nachten op het resort. Er werden ook leuke (gratis) activiteiten aangeboden. Ook kreeg je zelfs een kleine massage bij het zwembad. Er was in de omgeving van Playa del Carmen en Tulum vrij veel zeewier. Bij dit resort was het er amper. Er reed ook de hele dag een zeer vriendelijke man heen en weer om het wier af te voeren. Je kon dus gewoon in de zee (in tegenstelling tot in Tulum..)

LikedL'emplacement de l'hôtel était superbe, en pleine nature et pourtant à Playa del carmen. Une superbe plage de sable fin, une longue piscine sur le sable, un restaurant (Le BU'UL) raffiné/gastronomique pour le soir avec des plats revisités extra, des chambres parfaitement équipées avec leur petite piscine intégrée... Une équipe de conciergerie au top !

DislikedParfois la musique au bord de la piscine était un peu forte. C'est très US je pense. un fond sonore léger suffirait.
