Grand Velas Riviera Maya - All Inclusive

LikedWe started our vacation at a different resort, but we weren’t happy with the food or service, so we decided to switch to Grand Velas for the last three nights — and we are so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, everything changed. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, the food was exceptional, and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. There were simply too many team members to name who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable — we can’t wait to come back.

LikedThe place, the staff, the food and restaurants are great. Our concierge Angel was very attentive, really awesome.

Dislikedthe only think that they should improve is that the supposed to support the guest when they are leaving the place and going back to the airport, as there is no Uber, and dident know what to do, we had to pay 3500 pesos to reach the airport (30 min from the hotel) in my opinion to much, i know is not mistake of the hotel, but this service (not free but to pay the right amount) could be helpful for the guests.

DislikedWhile all inclusive, after every consumption they presented a bill to make you tip. That came along pushy while it should be spontaneous for the great services.

DislikedTuvimos algunos desperfectos en el cuarto, los cuales en su mayoría fueron arreglados inmediatamente. Lo anterior señala que falta revisar el mantenimiento de los cuartos (especialmente en los baños).
