LikedA peaceful location overlooking the park while remaining just a short tram ride or pleasant walk from Amsterdam’s main attractions. The staff delivered genuinely warm, attentive, and highly professional service, making every interaction feel personal and effortless. The private spa was a wonderful treat.
DislikedNothing. One of the best stays!
LikedAn exceptional stay in every sense. Pillows Hotel is the definition of refined luxury—elegant, calm, and incredibly comfortable. The location next to the park is stunning and peaceful, yet still close to the heart of Amsterdam
DislikedNothing maybe little improvements on breakfast menu
LikedThe staff were so, so nice, it was incredibly clean and smelled lovely and is in a great location. The location is quiet but in walking distance to all the fun nightlife, etc. They were able to accommodate a very last minute request for rooms that were close to each other.
DislikedNot a fan of the see through bathroom doors. Anyone sitting in the room watching TV or hanging out had a complete view of whomever was on the toilet. Very weird. Hotel is expensive but I can't get too upset about that because it was otherwise such a lovely experience.
LikedComfy beds, nice and helpful staff excellent breakfast and great shower. They also had a complimentary waterbed message!
DislikedCan’t say anything
LikedStunning architecture with beautiful, minimalist and modern rooms. The location is the park is so peaceful, yet you can walk to Dam Square in about 28 minutes. The gardens were so pretty and my view was beautiful.
LikedThe hotel was perfect for our last stop. The staff really made us feel special, even when we ended up arriving late due to a delayed flight. Everything was clean and nice in the hotel. Truly loved staying here.
DislikedA little far from city center
LikedLocation, architecture, staff, the room and everything was amazing
