LikedThe bed was sublime... mattress, linens, pillows made it feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. A good night's sleep is priceless and that is what one gets as a guest of this unique and gorgeous hotel.
DislikedThere is seriously absolutely nothing to not love about this hotel. This was my second stay at The Pulitzer and when in Amsterdam it is the only hotel where I will stay.

LikedPulitzer Amsterdam is one of my favorite hotel stays ever! We love the unique design/architecture- there are so many cool nooks and crannies and hallways. Our room even had its very own elevator stop! The room was large, yet still cozy. We loved the exposed beams, unique artwork, and comfortable bed. The restaurant was delicious and the breakfast being included made mornings easy. The staff were all excellent. It was my son’s birthday and they made him feel extra special, brought us a little cake to the room and a gift. The location was also wonderful - close to everything and easy to catch the tram. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Amsterdam!

DislikedOur room was only accessible by four stairs cases. I do not know if there was a way to advise before hand of wife’s difficulty with stairs, but when we arrived it should have been clear to the desk that assigning us a room with multiple staircases was not a good idea. Secondly, we booked the same type of room we have stayed in previously, but the room seemed to be significantly s all than before. Lastly, room was not serviced until nearly 1700 on Sunday afternoon.
