LikedProperty is new, staff are very accommodating, breakfast selection was very good. The hotel is attached to Sky city by a walkway on the 4th so there is no need to go outside in bad weather.
DislikedNothing to make a comment on.
LikedLocation excellent, valet parking very helpful, staff were without exception, friendly, helpful and a testament to the hotel. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience 😁
DislikedNothing at all. It was excellent and lived up to what I’d hoped for and indeed exceeded expectations. Thankyou for the entire experience.
LikedWe went to the Orbit restaurant, delicious food, but service was pretty average.
DislikedFor some reason, the light in my room kept on flicking on at night - maybe when someone tried to swipe the room key for our room? I couldnt' quite work it out.
LikedThe hotel was modern clean and in an excellent location.
LikedThe two beautiful Polynesian woman at the front desk were lovely warm and inviting. I would definitely go back just because they made me feel so welcome and at home! Maria and another lovely lady who was working with her (Renee? - im unsure im so sorry but she had lovely hair) on the day i checked in at around 5pm. They were amazing!
LikedThe hotel looks very new with great interior designs. The location is very convenient and away from the main street in CBD, thus it's quite quiet at night. The gym is bit small but with all the essential equipments. The hotel room is very clean and it's definitely worth the value. Will likely stay there again if I visit Auckland again. Water is complimentary to take from the reception.
