LikedBeautiful hotel with more modern design. Extremely convenient to downtown Auckland. Upgraded us to a suite which was quite nice. Parking was close but extremely tight! Restaurant was very good and on property

DislikedNothing - everything was perfect. If I was being picky I would point out that the parking provided was very tight to access with a larger vehicle.
LikedThey were exceptional in making us comfortable, even accommodating an early check in to help make my toddler comfortable after a long flight!

LikedWe were upgraded to a Suite Room, which featured beautiful design details throughout. We especially appreciated the heated bathroom floor, which added an extra touch of comfort to our stay.

LikedWe absolutely loved our stay at Hotel DeBrett. The location was fantastic and made it so easy to explore Auckland on foot, with great restaurants, shopping and the waterfront all close by. We were also very unexpectedly upgraded on arrival, which was such a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. The room itself was incredible, full of character and beautifully styled. We especially loved the art deco inspired decor, which gave the hotel such a unique and luxurious feel. The staff were so incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay and genuinely made us feel looked after. The bar also had a wonderful atmosphere and was a great place to relax at the end of the day.
LikedWe liked the layout of the room, which allowed two very tired people, but on slightly different sleeping schedules to enjoy the space. One sleeping and one watching tv and relaxing. It also was very safe. I liked the drink coupons and related amenities that were given to us on arrival. It definitely pulled us into the hotel even more.
