LikedThe room was a good size, as was the bed. I liked the fresh fruit provided as well as the buffet breakfast. It was a good location to catch the ferry to Waiheke Island.

LikedThis hotel is very centrally located, easy to walk around the downtown area and access the harbour ferries. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. The breakfast exceptional. A wide variety of choices on the buffet, with a selection of cooked items on a menu for ordering. Sadly we only stayed two nights and did not have time to visit the bar on the 38th Floor. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Auckland.

LikedBeautiful comfy bed on an high floor with view to the city and the Skytower. Room beautifully decorated in teal and gold. Central downtown, walking distance to all main attractions, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, the harbour, etc. Accomodating and friendly staff. Had a lovely stay!

The location was also excellent, making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff were helpful, and attentive, and they went above and beyond to accommodate everything we asked for.
