LikedI was thoroughly impressed with the staff at Fairmont Makati. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They remembered my name, anticipated what I needed, and consistently went the extra mile to make me feel like I was the only guest in the hotel. They helped make my anniversary a complete success and exceeded every expectation. I have stayed at Okada, Nüwa, and Sky Tower, and nothing compared to the level of service I received at Fairmont. A special thank you to Trish at the concierge. She is an absolute delight and truly worth her weight in gold. She helped make an already great stay unforgettable.

LikedI appreciate the staff notably . One particular staff I want to mention is Justin, from concierge, who provided excellent service and hospitality. Approachable and friendly. For example, as I was waiting for my ride, Grab, he was there to help, especially that my ride was waiting for me at the wrong entrance and Justin handled the situation.

DislikedRooms design is old and furniture doesnt match, specially curtains were repaired instead of being changed with new.
