Shangri-La The Fort, Manila reviews
“A Luxurious Stay in Shangri-La The Fort”
LikedOur stay at Shangri-La The Fort was wonderful, especially because of its unbeatable location, having so many great restaurants right downstairs and being just a short walk from shops and entertainment made everything incredibly convenient. The hotel itself was elegant and well-maintained, with spacious rooms, excellent service, and a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere that made our stay both comfortable and enjoyable.
DislikedThe views from our room. We were the back side and it was just a building infront of our window. Booking a room through booking.com is not the best that's why it a little bit cheaper.

“A truly relaxing and luxurious stay with exceptional service.”
LikedThe staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, special thanks to Rowena at the front desk who made check-in smooth and stress free. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic city view.
DislikedHonestly, nothing major. Everything met or exceeded expectations.
“Exceptional hotel with a beautiful view of the city!”
LikedWe appreciate all the staff in Shangri-la The Fort especially in High Street Cafe! My daughter has peanut and tree nut allergy and they were mindful. They make sure she's well fed too. Their service is top notch. Thank you!
