LikedAmazing views, incredibly calm, great staff, perfect to disconnect and relax, the breakfast box is absolutely delicious, there are plenty of places to go hiking/running, I totally recommend this hotel.

DislikedEverything was great, there's nothing to complain about really. Be aware that there's no A/C in the room (not sure if every room is the same) but the weather is really good for not really being an issue. A recommendation, follow the directions sent by the staff to get to the hotel instead of trusting GPS apps, if you do, you won't have any issue.

LikedThe property was amazing! It’s the ideal spot to unplug from the chaos and rigors of day to day society. It was located in a small mountain village with exquisite views and a river that runs through it. It was quiet and serene. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. The food was fresh, healthy, locally grown, and tasted delicious. The breakfast baskets were a perfect way to start the day. It added a divinely crafted touch. My compliments to the chefs. It provided a great opportunity to become one with nature and nurture your inner peace. The complimentary morning yoga to help you namaste your day. The staff was superbly attentive to guests needs. They went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. It was wonderfully relaxing. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

LikedNo television, no air conditioning, no noise , almost in the middle of the jungle, great weather, the swimming pool and great cooking.

DislikedAdd pre arrange menus with different alternatives to choose from. Vegan , meat and more include every part of a great meal in rounded price. For sure it will be a great addition.

LikedThe facilities and surrounding forest is so amazing and beautiful. No need for TV, cel phone because this place is so magical. The breakfast picnic basket is such a beautiful touch to begin your day and the food at the restaurant is fantastic. It had been 20 years since I last visited this place and the new administration has done a great job of renovating since Huracan Maria. We will certainly revisit. Such an amazing place to disconnect.

LikedThe setting and the set up of rooms as mini cabanas. Sleeping on the hammock outside on the veranda. I preferred this than the inside bed which was super comfy. The coquis concert was sublime.

DislikedThe poor directions given by staff when phoned. On the road, there was a missing sign as to which direction to continue. It would be helpful if staff members are familiar with the kilometer number closest to the property than responding I have no idea where you are at. With the kilometer number one can figure out if you are getting closer or further away from the property. The directions given to guests to follow miss to provide this detail.
