“Best service I have ever had, Truly 10 star experience, not 5 star experience”
LikedLocation was perfect, only few minutes walk to the restaurant & shopping mall. This was stress free stay. Front desk team were very kind & helpful. The staff was welcoming right from the moment we checked in & very polite manner. The room was clean, spacious & comfortable. The view of the city from hotel was spectacular. Hotel provided fresh linens. very clean. We had a wonderful stay!!!
DislikedNothing to say.
“Exceeded Expectations”
LikedAmazing! Clean, a little far from main Seoul but could easily catch a ride outside of hotel… Love the ambience and vibe here !
“Pleasant, convenient and relaxing stay in the heart of Seoul business district”
LikedVery conveniently located, integrated with a large IFC mall for shopping, restaurant and general convenience. Great facilities. Modern hotel with all comforts. Good restaurants.
DislikedFairly expensive, but not untypical for a 5-star hotel in such central and convenient location.
“Comfortable and luxurious stay in the city center”
LikedIt has a modern and chic ambiance and quite spacious both for each room and facilities.
DislikedNot specifically
LikedEverything about this hotel is amazing. Every staff member we encountered was polite, extremely helpful, and we definitely felt like treasured guests. Loved the Nespresso pods for in-room coffee, comfortable beds, and luxurious bathroom. I'm still talking about our stay here!!
DislikedShampoo and body wash is locked in the shower stall, so there is none nearby if you decide to use the bath.
“Great place and location”
LikedVery nice cosy hotel with good steak restaurant and bar. The gym is well equipped and very big! Next to many malls and close to the river
Likedservice quality is awesome, I got scammed by taxi driver and they actually chased the money back for me. Really reliable and appreciate with their help.
Dislikednothing really
