LikedThat was amazing, staying with an adorable city view. I'm in love with Lotte Tower and Jamsil's activities around this place. The staff's attention was outstanding; they helped us with everything, for example, they noted our broken bag and gave us a new one. And many, many other small, but important things! I will recommend this place definetly!

LikedBeautiful lobby, very accessible. Direct access to the mall. Beautiful bathrooms. Friendly staff. Some rooms are designed beautifully.
DislikedI booked a suite and a room, the room was nicer than the suite. We asked to extend checkout but we were asked to pay for an extra night, which I did for 1 room already. The hotel restaurants also closed super early in the evenings. Room service was mediocre. 10 am cut off time for breakfast but when we arrived at 9:55 we were told we couldn’t order anything.

LikedI really enjoyed the fitness center, the sauna, the pool and the staff. The view was amazing. There’s a huge shopping mall connected to the hotel so if you need anything you can easily access it.
DislikedThe one thing is that breakfast was just a little too pricy in my opinion.
