LikedBeautifully renovated , with killer views . Great spa!
DislikedLocated in a beautiful park but it full of tents and homeless people, walking from the marina in the night is not recommended. Breakfast is just ok , coffee is mediocre and variety of food is very limited.
LikedModern, very clean, quiet, and friendly staff that could speak English somewhat. Very helpful in getting taxis for us. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices and we enjoyed having cocktails in the bar area with comfortable seating.
DislikedNo Kleenex and the towel racks were so low that the towels hit the floor. They need better and more towel holders.
LikedBeautiful hotel, stunning views, exceptionally friendly staff
DislikedIt is a bit of a mission getting into town but then again that is balanced with a super peaceful location. My only gripe is the AC, it only goes down to 20 degrees and it literally took a full 24 hours to get from 23 to 20. Then everyday it reset itself to 23 again, and we had to wait another day for it to cool down again, which for an English person, 23 degrees is basically as hot as a midsummer day… which made for some uncomfortable nights sleep

LikedThe room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Jahan at reception, who made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay, from the prearrival until we left.
DislikedThe location is a little far from the city centre, although the peaceful surroundings and beautiful views definitely make up for it.
LikedThe hotel has been newly renovated and the rooms were fantastic!
LikedThe staff were exceptional but I must give a special mention to both Mohamed and Kheraba who are standout members of the team at Miramar. These two gentlemen are the greatest example of how staff can make a hotel feel like home. Kind, helpful and attentive. 10/10.
