LikedEverything was perfect. We felt very welcomed and valued as guests by every hotel team member that we came in contact with. Transport to and from the hotel as organised by the hotel team was very efficient. The attention to detail in all aspects of our room and stay was second to none. Breakfast was delicious and served in a friendly and relaxing way. Our room was meticulously clean and very well serviced throughout our stay. Location was spot on for our needs and our room was quiet. When we arrived the manager in charge took the time to go over the area with us on a map highlighting things we might wish to see which we found to be very helpful throughout our visit. The pre-visit communication was also very good.

LikedThe staff was very welcoming from the beginning. Everyone was very kind to my husband and I. They made the begin of our honeymoon really special and the location was amazing!

DislikedThe room we were in was really noisy and you could hear the other room next to us, which was a family with younger kids. They also put us next to a staff elevator and it was really noisy through the day and the morning. That was my biggest complaint from the trip.

LikedThe most accommodating staff I have ever encountered in over 50 years of travel. This made our stay extra special. Also we loved the contemporary feel of the hotel, the excellent location, and the delicious food in the restaurant. We could not have chosen a more perfect accommodation in wonderful Barcelona!

LikedEveryone who works here was efficient, professional, warm and welcoming. They anticipated our needs. It felt like they knew us and wanted to ensure we had the best sooo Ike experience in Barcelona. The breakfast was excellent and Sandra could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The reception desk was perfect, Agustina, Pablo, Bard and Robert were amazingly cheerful and solicitous. Robinson of FMB was also super.

DislikedWe will get a larger room next time but it was a very nice room if we had been in a shorter trip and had less luggage. We were travelling for several weeks and packed more than usual.

LikedAmazing cosy boutique place with tons of attention to your comfort and personalization. Breakfasts were delicious, i loved how my kid was treated. Rooftop bar is always a joy. Cleanness and well-working rooms + superb noise protection. 5 stars +

DislikedNone, this is amazing place and please do change noting! Okay, maybe learn espresso tonic receipt in the bar for summer coffee junkies like us, but this is super minor :)
