LikedThe hotel is amazing very good location all the staff were so friendly and helpful except the breakfast had very leas options I would like to arvice the management to add more options in the breakfast for example indian food options and arabic food as I realised alot of indians and arabs they were there Rest everything was perfect

LikedLocation of hotel and spacious room. Reception and valet staff gave us a warm welcome and were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much effort for them. Superb service.
DislikedRoom was too hot. Aircon didn't get cool enough for a warm week. Breakfast staff were unable to get our orders correct each morning. Please allow them to write the orders down and train the kitchen staff to get the orders right.
LikedEverything was amazing! The room, views from the balcony, attention to details, service, children club, Spa etc. the staff is amazing and attentive. The room is very clean. Very child friendly hotel. The best place I stayed in Switzerland by fare. Differently coming back again!
LikedGreat personal, summer terrace - waiters were excellent. Restaurant food was great. Hotel location with surrounding views was nice.
