LikedThe hotel is absolutely beautiful from the outside — the palace itself and the surrounding grounds are stunning. The spa is a definite 10/10, with one of the most incredible views I’ve ever seen. The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is not particularly fancy, but the beautiful lake view more than makes up for it, and we genuinely enjoyed the food.
DislikedWhat disappointed us was the interior of the hotel. For a property charging around €2,000 per night, I expected something truly exceptional, but the rooms and corridors simply don’t feel luxurious enough. Some areas almost have a hospital-like atmosphere, and the renovation feels both dated and rather lacking in taste — strange floor tiles, awkward curtains, and generally uninspiring interiors.

Dislikeddas Parkhotel hat seinen Preis, aber die Leistung war hervorragend, muss jeder selber wissen ob es einem das wert ist.
LikedI booked this for my birthday, it did not disappoint , I was upgraded to a beautiful suite and then took delivery of a bottle of Champagne and a birthday cake and a hand written card, it’s the little things , staff were very friendly and helpful, thank you for a wonderful stay,

LikedFantastic, it doesn't get any better, this location is the most beautiful you can get in Switzerland (I know my country) and i chalenge anyone to find a hotel with view anywhere else. The exclusivity, the service, quality of the infrastructures are absolutely top notch, all the hotel floor and spa are built with beautiful natural stone, the attention to detail is amazing, add the breathtaking view with sunset, the garden terrasse directly at the lake, the amazing 2 star michelin restaurant Focus Atelier with direct view on the lac and sunset, it's just an dream location. We will come back.
