LikedI would like to sincerely thank the staff, especially Mr. Carlos. He was extremely helpful, respectful, and always welcoming with a smile. He truly went above and beyond and never fell short in assisting me. I highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the excellent service I received.

LikedEverything was honestly amazing in this hotel. There was nothing to say bad about. Very special shoutout to Ms Arzu Valiyeva. She was the sweetest soul and was the most helpful and kind. An amazing manager and she sorted everything for us and made our stay memorable throughout the 5 days. Also Yoshitha and Brian from the housekeeping team for being very attentive and quick with the requests and Kero from the lobby for making us check in early due to our flight being early. Also to Deshan and the concierge team for the amazing service at checkout. Overall this hotel was the best out of the address hotels we’ve stayed and we will definitely be back soon.

LikedNeedless to say, the property is exquisite; sensational in all manners and location is the cherry on top. From the porters when you arrive, to the aroma of the hotel when you walk in, florals at every corner, to the front desk staff (hello Hasan) who check you in, you’re greeted at the highest order. Housekeeping staff were ever so meticulous, friendly and flexible during turndown service. Specific mention to Alex from the porter team who went over and above to assist me and my friend on our final night as we navigated several tasks/hurdles. P.S the availability of coffee and pastries early in the morning at check-out was the icing on top. Simple things go a long way.
