Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai

LikedI had an exceptional stay at Mandarin Hotel Downtown. The team was welcoming and attentive, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the location made it easy to explore the city. Every detail made the experience feel special, and I’d happily stay here again.

LikedMy stay at the hotel was wonderful. The location is amazing and very convenient, close to everything, especially Dubai Mall. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, particularly Shohana and Sara Jerez. I would like to thank them both for their outstanding service and hospitality. The swimming pool on the 11th floor has a beautiful view, and the rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel’s services are exceptional. They also provide a complimentary car service between the hotel and Dubai Mall, including the return trip, which is very convenient. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you, Mandarin Oriental Downtown, for such a wonderful and memorable stay!

DislikedThe smell of the elevator

Liked- Very clean and neat - friendly staff - Located in the middle of Dubai close to Dubai mall and Alwasl area

Disliked- Pool is small - Lobby on the 36 floor and rooms underneath the lobby, so you must take the elevator to get to the lobby, then take another elevator to get to your room , which is confusing

I would like to thank Fabrice for everything and for helping me find a barber in the area. I would also like to thank Cecilia, Alhasim, Bambang, Diliram, Millen, Fabrice, Paul, Thomas, Roux, and the rest of the team for their amazing service. They helped me make my birthday celebration memorable.
