LikedThe hotel has almost everything you could need, which makes the stay very convenient and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff were attentive and professional. I especially enjoyed the spa and the overall quality of the facilities. The rooms are comfortable, the property is beautifully maintained, and the location is great. Overall, it feels like a complete luxury resort with a very high standard of service.
DislikedThe main downside for me was the access to the pool and beach. Getting there feels like quite a journey — you have to go through the lobby, take the elevator down, walk outside, and continue to the pool and beach area. The same applies on the way back, which is especially inconvenient when you are wet after swimming. You really need to dry off completely before going back through the lobby because the air conditioning is very cold. A more direct and convenient route between the rooms and the pool/beach area would make the experience much better, especially for families with young children.
LikedThe employees were amazing and friendly. The room was very clean and nice. The view was spectacular! The in room dining food was something elseeeeeeee! One of the best experiences I had. Very glad I chose it for my birthday.
