LikedThis hotel got my speechless. It is simply an iconic structure. This hotel is beautiful (in and out) and an architectural masterpiece. The hotel is super clean, beautifully decorated, big, and worth staying at. They have the Toto toilets which is awesome. Very few luxury hotels offered the Toto toilets or at least for standard rooms.
DislikedI had some issues with the shower. It wasn’t working properly, but they were able to resolved the issue temporarily.
LikedThe hotel is luxurious and elegant, with beautiful restaurants, a wonderful atmosphere, and an excellent breakfast. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Tarek, the Reservations Manager, for his exceptional cooperation and outstanding service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

LikedExceptional! Staff, food, infinity pool - just wow
LikedThe gym and pool access is exceptional, and the food is excellent.!The best views of Dubai all around. And very friendly and accommodating staff.
DislikedUnfortunately the pillows were not the most comfortable, but manageable for short stays. And the access slightly inconvenient as you will likely need to use 2 elevator stops from room to the ground floor (stopping at the hotel lobby in between).
LikedOur stay at One&Only One Za’abeel was truly exceptional. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with luxurious interiors, breathtaking views, and impeccable attention to detail. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The dining options were outstanding, the facilities were world-class, and every aspect of the stay exceeded our expectations. This is easily one of the finest hotels we have ever experienced.
DislikedAbsolutely nothing. Every part of our stay was flawless, and we couldn’t find anything that needed improvement.
LikedEverything from A-Z … the best weekends are spent in One&Only 🤍
