DislikedNothing at all. Everything met my expectations, and I had a wonderful experience.
LikedAmazing stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, the hotel was spotless, peaceful, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. Would definitely come back! 🤍✨
LikedI had a truly exceptional stay at this hotel in Dubai, where I spent one full week, including New Year’s Eve, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, combining comfort, elegance, and high-end design, making the stay both relaxing and refined. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Downtown Dubai, which makes everything easily accessible.
LikedThe location, room size, the services, and the staff are amazing.
DislikedThe first person who i met at the conceirge before he calls another person to check me in
LikedEverything was amazing, and the staff and service was superb
LikedOne of the most luxurious and comfortable places i had ever stayed in, especially the professional staff who is always at our service.
LikedGreat check in, and very profession. Staff are all all excellent. The pool area was fantastic and a benefit to get the private cabana area to the left. Breakfast was as good as we have ever had in Dubai.
DislikedCost of the beer at the pool area is extreme, but suppose to be expected in Dubai.
LikedThe bed and pillows provided the most comfortable and coziest sleep experience
