LikedEverything. Was not able to take advantage of all the pools due to the weather.

LikedStaff were very friendly and helpful, the location is really good in JBR it’s wonderful in winter, the breakfast is the most thing I liked😚

LikedWe did a staycation to celebrate our anniversary at Ritz Carlton, although they are more expensive than similar hotels, we knew that they provide the best service- and we were right! They were super helpful to make our special day even more memorable from valet, reception, pool staff to housekeeping, buffet, SPA, all restaurants...Thank you all!

DislikedCoffee machine in the room was pretty out of date and together with the coffee pods, they were not up to the hotel standard. A simple Nespresso could do better. I was very tempted to go across the hotel to grab a coffee from Bateel many times.

LikedI had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, JBR. The service was truly exceptional and, in my opinion, this is the best hotel in Dubai. A special thank you to Reda at Reception for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and warm welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The entire team delivers excellent service with great attention to detail, making every guest feel valued. Thank you to everyone at The Ritz-Carlton for such a memorable experience. I look forward to returning soon.

LikedBeach is great. Attendants were very helpful. Parking attendants were very efficient.

DislikedThe legendary breakfast was average at best although the staff were excellent. So many security guards. The rooms are a bit dated although no complaints.
