LikedA special thank you to Iana at the front desk, who went above and beyond for me, my husband and our daughter during our anniversary stay. She was incredibly helpful, and her kindness and support made such a difference to our experience. It genuinely wouldn’t have been the same without her, and we’re so grateful for the care she took to make our time feel special. The girls at the beach club restaurant were also superb so warm, welcoming and attentive. They made us feel really well looked after and added to what was a lovely family celebration. It’s the people who make a stay memorable, and these ladies certainly did. Thank you for making our anniversary such a special one!

LikedOverall experience was amazing , propoerly is excellent , room was specious with beautiful view , breakfast spread was outstanding and Food spread had different varieties to choose from so cater to all pallets even children had their own choice selections , Best breakfast buffet i ever had. Properly itself had amzing eminities like big pool and other lagoons for adult and childrens , Lovely and peaceful beach area with all beach eminites to enjoy. Staff was extreamly curtious and always helpful and smiling. Property is surrounded Greenary which made it peaceful and less hot to walk around . Specially in hot summer this lush green plants help to maintain the cool in the air which was refreshing. Would definately visit again to experience winters in this property.

DislikedEven though we enjoy the stay tremendously , One thing dissappointed us was jacuzi experience it did not had good bubbles or jacuzi intensity. it was not what we were expecting , also there was no assistance even when we press call button no one came to check or help. so it was bit let down. There was also small issue of bad odor each time we enter room , it was only at entry point and not in whole room so we found it minor issue since otherwise room was excellent and we enjoyed our stay temendouly.
