Everything was handled with such care, and I truly appreciated the upgrade and the thoughtful gestures throughout my stay. A special thank you to Hsu, who was beyond lovely and caring. She paid so much attention to detail and genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay feel special. Her kindness and warmth really stood out to me. Thank you as well to the rest of the team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I truly appreciated everyone’s hospitality and would be happy to stay here again.
