“Highly recommended”
LikedGreat quality hotel with good fine-dine options and caring management. The location is great for Dubai Marina but it is a noisy location as Dubai Marina overall, i.e. you do not hear anything with closed balcony doors but sitting on the balcony you can hear road / construction noise. Nevertheless, we stayed there for the second time and would choose this hotel next time as well.
DislikedSome bottle dispensers with the shampoo and body wash in the shower did not work. It would be good if the cleaning people checked them for usability…

LikedTHEY ARE HAVING THE BEST ROOMS, BEAUTIFUL, BIG, QUALITY TOWELS, BED SHEETS, LINEN, AMAMITIES, FLOWERS, THE AROMA IS GORGEOUS. THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT AND THE LOCATION IS THE BEST EVER, I WAS ABLE TO RIDE A TRAM BUS AND METRO. THERE ARE TAXIS AVAILABLE AND THE HOTEL SHUTTLE

LikedFive stars are not enough for this HotelOur experience was perfect from start to finish. The entire staff was wonderfully welcoming and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. We were particularly impressed by Marzoq, who was so polite, proactive, and kind. His service truly elevated our stay. The food was outstanding—the breakfast buffet had an incredible array of choices, and we loved exploring the different dining options for dinner. Everything was delicious. Thank you for a memorable getaway. We will definitely be back!
