LikedI liked the cleanliness of everything in my room.The extra water the towels the amenities the service was exceptional.I requested a pillow it was delivered in 5 minutes everything was above our expectations.

LikedRoom was amazing: spacious, luxurious products. Great view! Lounge access to was incredible! A big selection of drinks and food! Staff at the lounge were so friendly and caring! Staff by the pool were also hardworking despite the crazy weather and always responsive.
DislikedThe pools could be divided into sections and keep one section for adult only! For example the top section! And all the others: kids friendly! Kids are kids but so many parents do not watch/control their kids ans they end up splashing/walking on people/ kicking people! I am 8 months pregnant and got hit a few times by kids who lack social awareness and intelligence. Nobu was full with outside booking for the first part of the day.
