“Very very good”
LikedVery good stay. Not much to say, this is a Mandarim Oriental and it delivered what was expected. The restaurants are amazing.
LikedEvery detail of our stay at Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah felt genuinely considered — but what made it truly special were the people. Eisa, Cassidy, and every team member we encountered were kind, attentive, and made us feel completely at ease. The spa team, Mariam and Mia, were exceptional. An experience we'll carry with us for a long time.

LikedIt was BEAUTIFUL. Felt very luxurious, yet cozy and comfortable. I personally prefer these type of low rise, tucked away venues as it feels like you have the whole place to yourself. The staff were incredible!!!! So kind, generous, and attentive.

LikedWe enjoyed our stay a lot. The resort is classic modern and provides all the comforts needed. The room was exceptionally clean and also very spacious. The view from the fifth floor over the Dubai skyline was very nice. The outdoor area is well done, with various cold pools and a nice beach area. There is a pathway in construction and I think (and hope) they will be connecting it all the way down towards the canal. Excellent gym and breakfast.
DislikedLimited dining options, either the main restaurant or a Japanese one. Both are good, but if you stay for longer than a couple of days, you will want to go and dine outside the hotel.

LikedAnna on reception was super helpful and professional and Aybuke in the restaurant is a total star, amazing customer service from these two, you are lucky to have them on the team
DislikedView from room looked out on ac units on a roof and the staff in the club lounge were very good, but quality of food there could have been better, it looked great but was tasteless
