LikedEarly check in, attention to details, very friendly, upgraded to a nicer view room

DislikedI liked everything

LikedFourseasons standards as usual very high and excellent

DislikedThe price is very expensive - no ability for a discussion regardless of extended stays

LikedEverything about our stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm, kind and attentive, and because it was a special night with my girlfriend, they kindly upgraded our room and made us feel genuinely looked after. When we returned from dinner, they had prepared a beautiful surprise in the room with flowers and champagne, which made the evening even more memorable. They also allowed us a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated.

DislikedHonestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was beautifully organised, the service was outstanding, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.

LikedBeautiful rooms, very expensive £15000 for a room and minimum £13000 for a regular room I was told by the front desk but I love it and I still extended for another 3 days, the staff are amazing and the food is great. I wish they had a better rate I would have stayed longer.

DislikedThe staff are great and the property is beautiful

LikedThe breakfast was nice and staff were very attentive to details.
