“memorable, lovely stay”
Likedgreat location with privacy and quiet neighborhood. very helpful and polite staff. walking distance to many attractions. excellent variety of open buffet breakfast menu. tube station close by. very clean rooms and whole hotel. beautiful building with historical details.
Dislikedbath tub height from floor was so high. it was very difficult to get in and out. which may cause accidents. our room a/c fan was sooo loud, we needed to turn off at night during very hot weather which was uncomfortable.

LikedWe had a very enjoyable stay. Our residence was spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the check-in process was seamless. The staff were consistently welcoming and attentive, and they were especially flexible in helping us accommodate visiting family members for one night.
DislikedAlthough the breakfast was very good overall, we were slightly disappointed by the buffet selection. For a hotel of this standard, we expected a somewhat broader variety of dishes and options.
