LikedVery clean, wonderful, wonderful, amazing staff, beautiful floral displays. Mattress was comfortable. It was the best coffee we had in 5 days all over London. Can't beat the location next to Hyde park.

DislikedFacilities were beautiful, but our room was tiny. There was not enough room for 2 people's luggage, whether you unpacked or tried to live out of it. The tub, again lovely and clean, but tiny. Not room for 2. The usb outlet next to the bed didn't work, the pillows were paper thin and all 4 were the same. We are professional home builders and still could not figure out the cooling system, so it was difficult to find comfort. Didn't ruin the stay, but could have been better for the price.

LikedThis hotel is truly exceptional on every level. Polished staff and personal attention. You are escorted to your room for checking in. The hall carpets and lifts are pristine. The furnishings in the room are first rate - linens, lighting, mini bar, coffee and tea. The heated bath floor and automatic toilet (also heated seat) was a hoot too. Unfortunately we neglected to take photos of the public spaces but they are as you'd expect. You really want for nothing. Upon departure, we had notified them that the shower door was leaking. Not a big deal, but just trying to be helpful. For our "inconvenience" we were refunded 300 GBP. Unnecessary but what a touch. One of out top 5 hotel experiences for certain.

DislikedThe breakfast saloon and the buffet was closed and the waiters were not taking care properly and some of them were a bit unfriendly . Took long time to take order and so I wasn’t quite happy for the service .
