LikedIts location is key. We love the history of the building not to mention the beautiful architecture.

DislikedThe gold lounge seemed crowded - the chairs in the dining area are almost too large and create a problem walking around with drinks or plates of food.

LikedEverything was neat and clean and the location is perfect. The staff was kind and friendly and helpful with activities for the World Cup happening in Boston.

LikedLocated in a very convenient area, the hotel is so pretty and gorgeous and people there are very professional, friendly and polite. Have been staying there for over the past decade every time we visit Boston, so brings so many memories back too!!!

LikedRoom, first night I noticed that the closet doors don’t close completely leaving the inside light on while I slept. Without me saying anything, it was fixed the next day. Location is superb and unbeatable. I slept like a baby every night so bed is extremely comfortable.

DislikedI didn’t like the dated-ness of the interiors; e.g. while waiting for the elevator one can see the radiator heater from mid-20th century right there making a loud noise. The elevators themselves are also pretty old. Some may find this charming, not me though.

LikedI love the amazing staff ! Yes, the hotel is gorgeous, but the people working at the Fairmont made our stay so amazing. It’s the only Hotel I will stay while visiting Boston.

LikedAwesome location. Bedroom was a good size , very clean and my queen bed was very Comfortable. Loved the restaurant, Breakfast was really good and the bar was great for a nightcap.
