LikedThe rooms were wonderful and the Grana for breakfast each morning was exceptional. The Staff was ever courteous. I and my friends from Italy stayed with you three years ago and they were so impressed, I booked the Langham again.

LikedThe hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are very clean, spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the concierge service was incredible! Every meal from room service was delicious and the front desk had cupcakes and champagne sent to our room, when they found out it was my birthday. The location is exceptional and within walking distance to so many interesting places and things to do! We will definitely be returning!
LikedThe Langham staff and facility from valet to doorman to bell captain to concierge and front desk, to guest services and housekeeping are the best in the business and set the standard for 5 star + hotels. Definitely do not miss a bespoke cocktail and some amazing food at The Fed.
LikedWe appreciate staying at the Langhamboston each year we visit Boston. It offers beautifully appointed rooms featuring comfortable beds and luxurious linens for a good night’s sleep. They are known for their world class service and amenities which we delightfully experience daily. They are located right in the heart of the financial district which is walkable to all our favorite places we like to explore while there. The Langhamboston doesn’t disappoint. A glorious place to relax and enjoy.
LikedThe property blends classic New England elegance with contemporary luxury, giving it a refined but warm atmosphere. The room size is very comfortable too. And David, the gentleman at the concierge was so kind and helpful- just what only an old charm luxurious hotel would need.

LikedThe staff was wonderful. Jenna and Salim at the front desk were so kind and helpful. Amwar at the concierge desk was helpful and went above and beyond. Shina a the Fed restaurant was very attentive and wonderful.
