LikedBig room, big bathroom, welcome cookies, free bottled water, tea and coffee at reception level for free in the morning till 9:30am.
DislikedNo coffee machine and water Boiler in room, no “do not disturb” signs for door, we created our own, in order not to be woken up by room service.
LikedProperty was beautiful! Very clean. Great views and excellent location.
LikedI only stayed for one night, so I did not utilize a lot of the extra services. However, the hotel and the room itself were absolutely beautiful. Everything was sparkling clean and staff was friendly throughout.

LikedRight on magnificent mile and close to lots of shopping/museums, close the L for everything else! The hotel was nice and our room was great—spacious and the bathroom had a large soaking tub. Fitness facilities were great and the breakfast (if you get the included breakfast with your stay) was definitely worth it!
