LikedThe property and room were fabulous! We had a wonderful long weekend birthday getaway and would absolutely return. The front desk and lobby staff were all phenomenal! The only person we encountered that was less than pleasant was the rooftop hostess (did not catch her name). She treated us, and another couple staying a the hotel, very poorly. It was minor in the grand scheme of things - but overall incredible stay at the Viceroy.

DislikedThe rooftop hostess was far from hospitable and very rude to guests staying on the property.

LikedRoom and view were really nice. Rooftop pool was also cool. Location was great

DislikedThey were a little stingy with towels. The app to request things wasnt the most user friendly.

DislikedThey don’t have a microwave to warm up guest leftovers. Not even one in back area just to use for such purposes.

LikedWell located, very friendly staff, loved the touches in the room and the controls for the lighting. Very spacious and thoughtfully designed rooms. Really loved the large shower. The gym was excellent as well.
