LikedEl hotel es impresionante, tanto por la belleza del edificio, como por lo espectacular de sus instalaciones interiores. Las habitaciones están fenomenal en todos los sentidos y los que es realmente increíble es el gimnasio y la piscina con vistas al río y al mar. El personal de la puerta, de recepción y servicio de habitaciones muy amables, dispuestos y resolutivos. El restaurante italiano que está en el propio hotel, Tre Dita, está fenomenal la comida y el personal un trato exquisito.
DislikedTal vez que el personal de atención al cliente para asesorar sobre sitios y restaurantes en Chicago fuera más atento y diera mejores consejos.

LikedAmazing views, room was very comfortable and quiet, and the location was right down the street from the Magnificent Mile.
DislikedWhen checking in our room wasn’t ready. Check-in was at 4:00 pm. Another platinum member opted for late checkout at 3:00 pm. They made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby and didn’t offer us anything other than water. When you pay $1K per night, one would expect the room to be ready and better service.
