Hotel Granduca Houston

LikedBeautiful facility, clean, wonderful rooms and great food. I love this hotel. I've stayed more than once. Not only is it beautiful but the food is good and all the staff are very nice and helpful. Sitting out back drinking coffee by the fountain, you feel like your not in the middle of Houston. Good area and can walk over to a few shops and restaurants.

Likedelegant european feel, the minute you walk in. The staff address you personally and it creates a welcoming feel. Room coffee was lovely, Nespresso.

DislikedThe only reason why I rate it as 9 is because the shower and bathtub were not separate. I was expecting a walk-in shower.

LikedClassy, Calm and beautiful all around. The rooms were spacious and the pool was beautiful. Food by the pool was also great. Walking distance to Uptown park where you can find restaurants and shops.

DislikedThey were a bit stingy with towels in the room. We booked for 4 adults and only got 2 towels but when we asked for more they brought them up.

LikedI especially liked the design details like the photography on the wall near the check in counter and the picture book laid out next to the elevator. Also everything was generous and worked. Staff was extremely friendly and appeared to do their job with joy.
