“Excellent location, quiet surroundings & beautiful scenery. Rooms feel a bit dated could use refresh”
LikedLove the area - with the fountains, Rice and Herman park nearby there is no other property that can touch the ambiance.
DislikedThe staff at check in and check out seemed perfunctory but not welcoming. The pool bar attendant did not go out of his way to serve those around the pool.

LikedThe hotel was in a perfect location for exploring the Museum District. The facilities were quirky and fun. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our only shock was that parking at the hotel was valet only at $60 a night.

LikedThe location was ideal to walk to the museums and adjoining parks. The hotel's complimentary shuttle service provided easy access to/from eateries. The hotel's Museum District setting is quiet. The staff members were all very courteous and helpful.
DislikedNo coffee/tea service in the room. The hallway morning coffee/tea service was OK but then nothing for the evening. No microwave in the room.
