LikedUpgraded to a suite and it was phenomenal. Valet was wonderful. Double king option is key factor of why we booked and will take advantage of that option again.

“We enjoyed our brief time at this beautiful hotel!”
LikedI enjoyed the coffee bar while getting ready early in the morning. We only ate one meal (lunch), and it was good. The grounds were beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was a nice option for close trips. There is a mall nearby, which is walkable.
DislikedFood beverage prices were a bit high.

LikedVery unique hotel with interesting artwork and fixtures. The shower is perfect, very clean and built for two. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

LikedThe staff was very solution oriented, Neil and Arianna were great. The restaurant hostess Mya was so nice and the chef even came out to ask about how I'd like my meal prepared. This is my second time at this hotel
DislikedThe valet manager the short guy, his attitude and customer service was horrible. Each time I've been to the hotel the valet has been less than exemplary. It'd be in their best interest to end the contract with that company
