Hotel Greystone - Adults Only

LikedYou walk in the door to a gorgeous scene.Then, you are greeted and taken care of immediately. We felt welcomed, like VIP'S! Fabulous staff and accommodations! We will be back. Marco (front desk) and a lady (can't remember her name, sorry!) were Amazing! Also, there was a park nearby that was fabulous for our dog! The housekeepers were the sweetest ladies I've ever met in my life! And, our room was prestine! We will be back! bar/pool was Awesome sauce! We, thoroughly, Enjoyed this Hotel

LikedThis is a simple, small boutique hotel in the heart of South Beach. The rooms are clean but small. There are no amenities like a coffee machine in the room, or free coffee in the lobby, but there is a lovely counter cafe on the property for coffee, snacks, etc. It feels like a small European hotel, definitely not like a sprawling American style hotel/motel. I appreciated that this is an adults only hotel. The decor is simple, but comfortable, the rooms are small, the bldg is historic art deco. It is located next to a night club, we were able to shut the double doors and play white noise to not be bothered, but I can see there is a potential to be disturbed by the thumping music. The rate was fair in comparison with other hotels nearby.

DislikedThe lack of free coffee either in the room, or a coffee service in the lobby. This is a basic amenity offered at most hotels, basic to luxury.

LikedIt was a great location and the hotel staff was very friendly. The rooftop pool is very nice and everything was clean.

LikedThe staff were absolutely excellent. So, so helpful and really went out of their way to make our stay special. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and the hotel is wonderfully situated. We also loved the additional amenities of the day pass for a brilliant gym nearby and the beach space, both of which were unexpected. We will definitely be back when we visit Key West one day, we will also fully recommend this hotel to others.

LikedThe staff was very friendly and accommodated our needs very promptly. We were able to check in early and check out late. I loved the roof-top pool, even though the water was cool. The jazz bar had a live performance and nice. The location was perfect.

LikedStaff here was so welcoming and hospitable - went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The grounds were well taken care of and very clean and aesthetic. We loved the rooftop pool and beach access. Food and cocktails exceeded expectations. Location was great a block from the beach and in the heart of South Beach.

LikedGreystone offers a great location, situated within walking distance to Lincoln Drive and South Beach. The room was very clean, relaxing with a comfortable bed. Staff were super polite and friendly.

DislikedThe room had a limited storage space with no coffee or tea facilities. Also, I found breakfast to be quite simple with a lack of variety - only few pastries and filter coffee.
