DislikedI loved everything
LikedThe free snacks and views were great! The rooms were very nice and loved seeing the exposed parts of the building through out the inside. Loved the front desk staff as well. The bathroom lighting could be a little brighter, was pretty dim.
DislikedThe parking. Very limited at the hotel i didn't have any issues but see it could be on a packed night.
LikedBeautiful, new converted space including room and lobby areas. Some restaurants in walking distance.
DislikedLimited parking. Long walk to grocery store. NO FITNESS ROOM!
LikedThe suite was beautiful and more than reasonable price. The property was awesome! Great architecture and history. Great location! Staff were friendly and helpful.
DislikedNo pans in the room, although there was a full kitchen. A little more dusting of the common areas is needed.
LikedAbsolutely beautiful room. Modern and industrial, great view, great complimentary items in the room. Amazing lobby and helpful staff.
DislikedThe breakfast was a bit lacking
LikedLoved the look of the building with the old building peeking through here and there. The room, which includes a full kitchen (with a dishwasher!😯), living room, and separate bedroom, was great. Floor to ceiling windows were cool which would be beautiful with a river view. I wish we were staying longer so we could use the room more. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for seeing a show at the Fillmore or comedy club and going to the casino. They do have a shuttle to get to and from the casino but it is such a short walk that anyone that doesn't have problems walking can do it no problem. But having the option was nice. There's a little market where you can buy a snack at any time, but the snacks and drinks in the room already are complimentary and they're a life saver.
DislikedI booked through booking.com and the only room available through them was an "accessible" room. I figured it was just standard hotel language and didn't think much of it. When we arrived we saw that there was no curtain or door on the shower and the tile floor had drains in multiple spots. We were told that this was what made it handicapped "accessible". Had I been given a choice I certainly wouldn't have gotten an accessible room. The first shower of the day leaked all over the tile floor, hardly getting into the drains, and out the door into the bedroom. Obviously this is a constant thing because the wood floor outside the bathroom and inside the closet on the side that backs up to the bathroom were discolored to a greyish black color. Unsure about the mold status. The bed is not comfortable. I think if we got a regular room it would have been a better experience. Overall it was not bad though and we'll definitely be back.
LikedI enjoyed everything about my stay there from the size of the room to how I had my own kitchen and fridge. also it was very nice how I had drinks and snacks plus a breakfast in the morning. bonus was I had a room with a balcony so it was fantastic 👌 😊
LikedVery good location for the casino and shows at the Fillmore! The room was clean and updated. We had a leak in the ceiling of our room due to maintenance and were moved with no issue at midnight. Very kind and helpful staff.
DislikedThere isn’t a whole lot of parking besides the one lot for the the apartments in the same building
