LikedLocation & it’s a four seasons so that says it all!
DislikedWish the rooms had a balcony although there’s a balcony on 40th floor for everyone which is beautiful.
LikedBeautiful hotel. Kind and courteous staff. Cozy beds. Delicious food.
DislikedThe room we had ("King with bay view") was nice but seemed to be designed for one person. Instead of a love seat, there was only one chair. There was only one sink in the bathroom. And there weren't even two coffee cups the same size. It would be nicer if the room (or variation of the same room) was designed and equipped for a couple.
LikedThe location was great. The bathtub was amazing. The view was spectacular. The employees were amazing and so kind. The concierge was so helpful and booked us massages and sent them to our room.
DislikedHaving a set of utensils in the room for food we brought with us.
LikedI would like to thank all of the staff for being so generous and did an upgrade on my reservation because I marked that it is my first Anniversary . Thank you Four season for everything that you did to make my first Anniversary fabulous .
