DislikedThe only thing I would say needs improvement is the breakfast service - especially on weekends, not sure if that’s because of fewer staff? Was extremely slow and waiters seemed lost

LikedPros: I went for a medical convention in the Moscone Center so the location was unbeatable for these purposes. Visited the SFMoMA next door. The staff were very welcoming, extremely friendly, and attentive. The rooms are very spacious and full of natural light. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the room temperature was easily adjusted. Food and cocktails were particularly impressive. The fitness center and pool are open 24/7--a big perk.
DislikedCons: A couple of blocks south of the hotel can feel seedy and unsafe, particularly at night. Had a few issues with the wi-fi signal and speed.
