LikedThe Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco is my favorite hotel and though I live a half hour away, I stay here often and I’ve been coming to the hotel for 35 years. It’s always perfect! From a welcome from Miquel and Scott as I drive my car in, to Julien, the front desk manager, I am treated like a VIP and appreciate everything that the Hotel does for me. I feel safe and cared for all the time.

LikedGreat location. Everyone friendly, but not stuffy. Received complimentary upgrade within even asking. Lots of amazing features like fortune cookies and candy in lobby. Amazing wine selection.
