Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North

LikedAmenities and restaurants were great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Four Seasons held their impeccable service standard here.

LikedThe room was very well done, and extremely comfortable and the fireplace was a nice touch since the weather was on the cool side at night and mornings. The outside patio was beautiful and relaxing. We've traveled at other Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton's and have been given daily credits to use for food or activities, I wish the breakfast was included or was given a daily credit of some sort. The breakfast was just ok, nothing special.

DislikedSome of the food was just quickly put together, Proof Restaurant was a little disorganized. I had to wait in the morning for breakfast for a while when the tables were empty. We had about 3 different servers, had to wait, and finally catch one to give us our bill. The breakfast was nothing special.

LikedThe entire place was beautiful and serene. The restaurants were fantastic, and the entire staff was amazing.

DislikedThe room patios need a circulating fan.

LikedWonderful hotel with a very large room, spacious bathroom, and well-planned walk in wardrobe.The service was excellent and made the stay even more enjoyable.

DislikedEverything was good, but for a 5-star hotel I was expecting a small complimentary touch such as fresh flowers, fruit, or a welcome gift, which would make the stay feel more special (most hotels in Europe do this) For a 5-star property in such a warm location, the pool seemed quite plain and the sun loungers rather outdated. An upgrade of this area would greatly improve the guest experience.

DislikedHatte den Eindruck, ein Downgrading betr. Zimmerzuteilung erhalten zu haben. Habe Casita-Zimmer mit Balkon und Aussicht gebucht, und ein Zimmer im Groundfloor erhalten mit bescheidener Aussicht auf hässlichen Gartenzaun und Pool . Der Pool war relativ klein für ein Resort-Hotel.
