LikedThe location is in the middle of vail village. The room had a creek side balcony which we loved. They also had storage for our e-bikes. Everything was within walking distance, and I was able to ride up vail mountain ebike. Also, a bear made a visit to a tree in the village. See the picture.
DislikedThe bed was a little soft for us, but I like a firm mattress.

Liked10 star hotel!!! The cleanliness, design, location was top notch!! And to top it all off the staff!! I was in many hotels and never saw the service and friendliness that I saw here!!! Shoutout to the staff member at the night shift he was a huge help!

LikedBreakfast was excellent, and very enjoyable. Location in Vail Village is fantastic. Room along the Gore was perfect for us. Overall staff service was outstanding.
DislikedSome of our towels (particularly face cloths) were very old, yellowed, and needed to be replaced. Parking is expensive, but it is what it is. Not a lot of sound proofing in the room, heard crying and whining children a lot.
