LikedWe have always enjoyed your breakfast buffet, but believe it is overpriced. Loved all the amenities in the bathroom. Pool area is a favorite. Lovely flowers everywhere. Excellent chicken wings.
DislikedOnly bathrooms outside of room was in the basement. Did find one in the pool area, however. Overpriced breakfast buffet.

LikedGreat hotel! We came here for a mini honeymoon after our wedding. We also arrived in our converted ambulance that we often have trouble parking in valet and they worked with us easily to make sure we could park on property.
LikedThe location is perfect, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the restaurant was delicious, the facility pool and spa is great, and the room very comfortable. We loved our stay and will be back.
LikedI have been to Vail several times, stayed at other resorts and condos. This was without question the best one yet. The service and ease of staying there was exceptional. Every detail is carefully considered to make the stay enjoyable from the ski concierge ( could not have been easier to get skis/rent skis, have them at base of mountain near Gondola one, no walking in snow boots! they keep your shoes while you ski so you can leave ski boots there overnight!). Valet very professional and Concierge quite helpful.
DislikedMy only slight concern was the breakfast I think was overpriced. $60 pp for a buffet is a bit steep and it was good but nothing out of the ordinary.
LikedLocation, the Spa, they have the best breakfast buffet in Vail. The staff are top notch and eager to serve.
LikedExcellent quality property that is extremely well run by good people and their staff are professional and courteous. It is beautiful and the amenities like the pool, spa, coffee bar, concierge, gardens are all perfect.
DislikedThey helped me get in my room about 30 minutes early because we had a very long day traveling and needed to lay down!
